Yes, you are most welcome to place order in any quantity you please. But it depends on the available stock. It will be nice if you can email your requirements to info@soiled.in for this matter.
We ship our plants in weekdays ie. monday to friday. We avoid weekends because we don't want our parcel to get stucked at the postal office. Processing depends on several factors like the type of plant, when you order it etc.
Standard shipping takes 3-4 days to reach, but it may vary during the holiday seasons.
Please email us at info@soiled.in as soon as possible if you want to cancel or change your order. One of our team member will assist you after that. Since we are run by plant addicts, and are drooling over plant dreams, please allow 2 business days for us to get to a normal state and assist you.
Also, we don't cancel orders once it's shipped. You can cancel within 48 Hours of placing the order.
We can arrange wholesale purchases but you have to get in touch with our team member via an email at info@soiled.in with subject as "Wholesale Purchase".
We encourage you to make an unboxing video for the package and inspect the parcel well. We know that Indian postal service is not very kind with delicate things, but we do our best to make the parcel super safe. But again plants are delicate things. If you have received a damaged plant or object, email us the photos and videos along with specific details to info@soiled.in with subject as "Damaged Parcel" within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
We pack our plants using recycled carton boxes, it helps us keeping the price low for our plants plus it also helps the environment a bit. Sometimes we ship our plants in nursery bags with moist media instead of pots, that helps the plant sit firmly in box while in transit also it reduces the weight of the parcel.
