For Plants

  • Delivery Coverage: Available only within India.

  • Shipping Charge: ₹80 | Free Shipping on orders over ₹700

  • Shipping Method:

    • We use express air shipment whenever available for faster delivery.

    • If air service is unavailable at your pin code, standard ground shipping is used.

  • Dispatch Time: Usually dispatched within 3-5 business days, but may vary based on stock and plant condition.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 3–7 business days from dispatch.

  • Sundays & National Holidays: Delivery may not be available on these days, depending on courier partner service.

  • Please Note:

    • Imported plants may take longer to dispatch due to additional handling and quarantine checks.

    • At times, stock may sell out before the site is updated, especially for rare or limited availability plants.

    • We may choose not to ship certain plants if their condition is not suitable for travel—this may slightly delay your order or lead to partial fulfillment with refund.

    • Plants may vary in size or foliage from pictures due to seasonal growth.

    • Flowering plants may arrive without blooms, depending on the season.

    • Address changes are not possible once the order has been dispatched.

    • Our delivery partners make up to three attempts. If undelivered, the package will be returned, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

    • Courier agents may not call before delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.


For Decor Items (Planters, Furniture, Accessories)

  • Delivery Coverage: Available across India.

  • Shipping Charge: ₹80 | Free Shipping on orders over ₹700

  • Dispatch Time: Within 5-10 business days unless made-to-order.

  • Delivery Time: Generally 4–12 business days depending on location. For heavy goods we use surface shipping.

  • Note: Some items are handcrafted and made to order, which may lead to a slightly longer dispatch timeline.
