Refund & Return Policy

We strive to ensure every product you receive is healthy and as described. However, if something doesn’t go as planned, here’s how we handle cancellations, refunds, and returns:


Cancellations

  • You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.


Refunds

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact our support team with an unboxing video at info@soiled.in or WhatsApp within 1 day of delivery. After successful verification if we find the plant is indeed received severely damaged or in a completely dead state, we will initiate refund or send a replacement accordingly. 

No refund or replacement will be initiated and the request will be rejected if the plant is severely damaged by the customer intentionally or unintentionally during unboxing. No refund or replacement will be initiated and the request will be rejected if the plant is removed from our pot.

All the expensive rare plants listed on soiled.in under the category Rare Plants are non-refundable and not eligible for replacement.

2. Product Not as Described

Please note that plants are living organisms, and variations in size, shape, or appearance are natural. However, if the plant delivered is significantly different in variety, size, or health from the description, notify us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will review the case for a possible refund or exchange.

3. Missing or Delayed Refunds

Haven’t received your refund yet?

  • First, check with your bank or credit card provider.

  • If the issue persists, email us at info@soiled.in and we’ll help you resolve it quickly.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are heavily damaged. To initiate an exchange, contact us at info@soiled.in with details and photos.


Important Notes

  • Perishable items like plants are non-returnable after 24 hours of delivery.

  • Sale items and Rare items are non-refundable. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

  • Refunds are issued only after verification of the issue and condition of the product.


Returns & Shipping

To return a product, ship it to the following address:
Soiled, Goroimari, Ahom Gaon, H No 4, Sonitpur (Assam), Tezpur – 784104

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.

  • For high-value items (₹799+), we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
