Anthurium Coriaceum

Native to southeast Brazil, Anthurium coriaceum belongs to the Pachyneurium section, commonly known as the "bird’s nest" Anthuriums. Unlike the vining or velvety types, this species forms tight rosettes of upright leaves, creating a dramatic architectural presence. Its thick, leathery (coriaceous) foliage is the source of its name and makes it more resilient than most Anthuriums, capable of withstanding periods of seasonal dryness.

With a growth height of up to 90 cm, Anthurium coriaceum is equally at home indoors or outdoors (in shaded, tropical conditions). Its unique rosette structure and durable leaves make it a standout choice for collectors who prefer low-maintenance yet striking foliage.
