The name fiddle given to this plant comes from its kind of fiddle (violin) shaped leaves).
They're the type of plant that looks great near doorways, hallways, fireplaces and other featured parts of a room, although enough light will need to be provided - wherever they are seated.
- Keep soil evenly moist at all times. (about 2-3x per week) Do not overwater or leave plant sitting in water.
- A good draining potting soil is needed which could include part bark and perlite.
- Needs Bright, Filtered Light. Will rapidly deteriorate in dim lighting.
The plant was a healthy plant. But it seemed very dusty like it was not cared for. The packaging was poor. It was tightly wrapped. It looks like it will survive but will wait and watch.
