Double up on tropical color with the stunning Lipstick Plant Combo, featuring both the vibrant Pink and classical White flowering varieties (Aeschynanthus). Known for their magnificent cascading growth, these epiphytic vines feature waxy, emerald leaves that spill beautifully over hanging baskets and high shelves.

Their true spectacle lies in their theatrical blooming habit: tubes of intensely colored buds emerge from deep calyces, looking exactly like tubes of vibrant lipstick pushing out of their cases. We are supplying these starter plants established in premium coco plugs, ensuring maximum root protection, minimal transit stress, and an effortless transition into your favorite planters.

Plug-and-Play Coco Plugs Say goodbye to transplant shock. Shipped in self-contained coco plugs, these plants arrive with fully intact, active root networks. Simply plant the entire plug directly into your potting medium without disturbing the roots.

100% Pet-Safe and Friendly Wonderful news for indoor jungle layouts: Lipstick Plants are completely non-toxic to both cats and dogs. You can let their flowering vines cascade freely within reach of curious pets with absolute peace of mind.

Potting Guide: Leave the Plug Intact! When potting your combo on arrival, do not strip away or peel the coco fiber mesh surrounding the roots. It is completely breathable and root-permeable. Simply nestle the entire plug directly into a loose, airy potting mix.

Light & Flowering

▾

Requires bright, indirect, dappled light. Adequate ambient light is absolutely critical to trigger the pink and white lipstick blossoms. Avoid harsh direct afternoon sun, which will scorch the waxy leaves, and avoid deep shade, which stops flower production entirely.

Watering

▾

Allow the top 30-50% of the potting medium to dry out before watering thoroughly. While the coco plug retains excellent, uniform moisture around the core, these epiphytes hate waterlogged conditions. Ensure your pot drains freely.

Soil & Humidity

▾

Thrives beautifully in moderate to high humidity (50%+). When repotting your coco plugs, use an open, highly porous orchid or aroid-style mix containing plenty of orchid bark, perlite, and peat moss to keep the roots perfectly aerated.
